- at least two years of experience in a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation
- knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
- ability to communicate clearly
- self-motivated and organized

Job Duties
- prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply management
- ensure timely procurement of items for food preparation
- store leftovers correctly
- maintain inventories
- communicate effectively with kitchen and restaurant team members
- handle multiple tasks independently
