Job Requirements
- minimum of two years experience in hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation
- knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling

Job Duties
- prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply logistics
- ensure timely procurement of food items
- correctly store leftovers
- maintain accurate food inventories
- adhere to sanitation and safe food handling standards
- collaborate effectively with restaurant team members
