Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous prep or line cooking experience
  • Available to work Monday through Thursday mornings
  • Ability to follow food safety standards and guidelines
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must comply with company safety policies and procedures

  • Knowledge of proper portion control and food presentation

Job Duties

  • Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
  • Serves meals using correct portioning and ensures food meets outlined standards
  • Cleans kitchen and maintains high standards of cleanliness
  • Stores or discards excess food according to safe food-handling procedures
  • Operates and maintains kitchen equipment safely
  • Assists with production planning, record keeping and reporting
  • Reports maintenance needs and attends safety meetings
