Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking experience preferred
- Ability to stand and move constantly during shift
- Must adhere to health and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to operate POS system
- Flexibility to work part-time hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work as a team
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Job Duties
- Prepares menu items as ordered for restaurant patrons adhering to recipe guidelines
- Ensures all prepared menu items meet quality expectations and plate specifications 100% of the time
- Rings all prepared menu items through the POS system
- Restocks work station with food products as needed
- Follows proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by health department
- Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards
- Adheres to Ecosure standards at all times
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines at all times
- Completes and abides by all training requirements
- Performs all other duties as assigned
