Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least two years of relevant kitchen experience
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to follow recipes and special dietary instructions
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • self-motivated and able to multitask effectively
  • strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • at least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen or a restaurant
  • knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
  • ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with other restaurant team members

  • strong customer service skills

Job Duties

  • prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
  • coordinate with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply needs
  • ensure timely securing of food items for preparation
  • properly store leftovers to maintain safety and quality
  • maintain accurate inventories of food and supplies
  • adhere to sanitation and safe food handling standards
  • collaborate effectively with team members to deliver excellent service
