Job Requirements

  • minimum 18 years of age
  • working knowledge of state and local health code requirements
  • demonstrated safe knife skills after training
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work in fluctuating temperature environments

Job Duties

  • support kitchen operations by assisting chefs and other kitchen staff
  • understand and monitor temperature controls through daily Time and Temperature logs
  • ensure accurate labeling, dating, and rotating food products using FIFO method
  • follow procedures for managing eight common food allergens
  • prepare food according to recipe guidelines
  • maintain food safety, sanitation standards, and work procedures
  • engage with guests and team members to ensure exceptional hospitality
  • maintain food quality and appearance to established standards
  • know all menu items, ingredients, and preparation
  • navigate the arena and assist guests
  • partner with Food & Beverage leadership to ensure successful operations
  • perform other duties as assigned by leadership
