Job Requirements

  • Must be dependable
  • Cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently or in a team
  • Current Sanitation Certification or ability to attain
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to follow facility policies and procedures
  • Available for full-time shifts 6:00am-2:30pm or 11:00am-7:30pm

Job Qualifications

  • Must be dependable
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Cooking experience in long-term care, hospitality, or restaurant environments preferred
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Current Sanitation Certification or willingness to obtain with facility support

Job Duties

  • Prepare timely quality food for residents, guests, family, and staff
  • Follow established facility policies and procedures for food preparation
  • Ensure safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • Work independently or within a team environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control
