Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking experience preferred
- Ability to prepare food in accordance with standardized recipes
- Knowledge of dietary and food safety regulations
- Ability to document food safety logs and schedules accurately
- Must be available to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and food quality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in fine dining preferred
- Ability to manage food production independently
- Understanding of healthcare regulations related to food service
- Skilled in food preparation and safety standards
- Experience with special dietary needs
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare food items using standardized recipes in a timely manner
- Determine food and supplies needed and coordinate meal production with serving hours
- Prepare all special dietary needs as directed by the menus
- Monitor food items to ensure temperature, taste, and quality standards are met
- Assist with proper documentation of temperature logs, taste panel forms, and cleaning schedules
- Manage all food production in the absence of the Executive Chef
- Follow all local, state, and federal food handling policies
