Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in culinary or food service
  • Valid Food Handler's certification
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday mornings
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and preparation standards
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Compliance with sanitation and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

  • Prior culinary, food service, or restaurant experience
  • Food Handler's certification
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items to meet quality and quantity standards
  • Handle food in accordance with sanitary and safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas
  • Collaborate with dining services team to ensure resident satisfaction
  • Follow established recipes and food preparation guidelines
  • Monitor food inventory and report supply needs
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to food service
