Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Current valid Food Handler's License or able to obtain upon hire
- Previous experience as a cook or relevant experience preferred
- Physically able to stand and move during the length of shift
- Able to bend and kneel through shift
- Able to lift to 35 pounds or more routinely
- Availability to work part-time swing shift from 2pm to 7pm on various days
Job Qualifications

- Current valid Food Handler's License or able to obtain upon hire
- Previous experience as a cook or relevant cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work swing shift hours from 2pm to 7pm
- Strong attention to detail and food safety
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 35 pounds
Job Duties
- Prepare large batches of meals for senior residents
- Ensure proper nutrition and food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Manage food inventory and supplies
- Assist with meal planning and menu adjustments
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and care staff
- Adhere to all health regulations and policies
