Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to pass a background screening, drug test, and physical
- Have a passion to work with and help children
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to prepare meals adjusting to dietary needs
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment preferred
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Passion for working with youth with neurodevelopmental disorders
Job Duties
- Preparing meals and then grilling, frying, or baking it, adjusting to dietary needs for 3 meals per day plus snack for 60-100 people in a residential cafeteria 365 days per year
- Serving meals and maintaining food safety
- Cleaning workspaces, utensils, & dishes, and sanitizing
- Enforce facility rules, policies, and routines
