- Two years of previous line experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel cooking experience preferred
- Ability to perform basic cooking skills
- Good communication skills
- Capability to work independently on single kitchen stations
- Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen area
- Work efficiently at assigned single stations under supervision
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and supervisors
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills
