  • At least two years of experience in a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
  • work with Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply inventory
  • ensure leftovers are stored correctly
  • maintain food inventory records
  • uphold sanitation and safety standards in food preparation
  • communicate and work cohesively with other kitchen and restaurant team members
  • perform multiple tasks efficiently and independently
