Job Requirements

At least two years of experience in a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation
knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
ability to communicate clearly with team members
self-motivated and organized

Job Duties

Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
work with Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply inventory
ensure leftovers are stored correctly
maintain food inventory records
uphold sanitation and safety standards in food preparation
communicate and work cohesively with other kitchen and restaurant team members
perform multiple tasks efficiently and independently
