- At least two years of experience in a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation
- knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- work with Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply inventory
- ensure leftovers are stored correctly
- maintain food inventory records
- uphold sanitation and safety standards in food preparation
- communicate and work cohesively with other kitchen and restaurant team members
- perform multiple tasks efficiently and independently
