Job Requirements
- minimum of 1-year professional cooking experience or education equivalent
- ability to work weekends approximately 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm
- ability to stand for long periods up to 8 hours
- ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds
- capability to work under pressure during peak periods
- adherence to company dress code
- willingness to follow HSEQ policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year professional cooking experience or education equivalent
- knowledge of kitchen safety and food safety procedures
- ability to work safely with large volume culinary equipment
- basic cooking and prep skills
- understanding of workplace safety guidelines and policies
- ability to follow recipes and production instructions
- good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Clock in and out for workday and breaks
- always provide the highest quality of service in accordance with Guckenheimer and client standards
- utilize food preparation procedures in line with federal, state, and local regulations
- demonstrate basic knowledge of cooking and prep techniques as required by assignment
- execute NetMenu recipe preparation of food items as directed by production sheets or chef
- clean and sanitize work areas and equipment following Guckenheimer and regulatory procedures
- notify management of ingredient discrepancies, safety issues, or other concerns
- attend all scheduled meetings
- perform other duties as assigned
