Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years culinary experience in a hotel kitchen or restaurant
- knowledge of sanitation and food safety protocols
- effective communication skills
- ability to work independently and multitask

Job Qualifications
- At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, a restaurant, or similar operation

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- work with Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply procurement
- ensure proper storage of leftovers
- maintain food inventories
- adhere to sanitation and safe food handling standards
- communicate effectively with team members
- provide strong customer service
