Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
at least one year of related kitchen experience
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
excellent communication skills
ability to work collaboratively
strong organizational skills
capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

At least one year of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, a restaurant, or a similar operation
knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with restaurant team members
strong customer service skills
self-motivated, organized, and professional
ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply operations
secure food items timely for food preparation
ensure leftovers are stored correctly
maintain inventory records accurately
