Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation
- Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
- Ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with team members
- Self-motivated and organized
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Strong customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience working in the senior living industry preferred but not required
- At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- Collaborate with Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply inventory
- Secure food items in time for meal preparation
- Ensure leftover food is stored correctly
- Maintain accurate food inventories
- Follow sanitation and safe food handling procedures
- Communicate clearly and work cohesively with restaurant team members
