Job Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
  • Collaborate with Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply logistics
  • Secure food items in time for preparation
  • Ensure leftovers are stored correctly
  • Maintain accurate food inventories
  • Communicate effectively with restaurant team members
  • Uphold sanitation and safe food handling standards
