Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- Collaborate with Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply logistics
- Secure food items in time for preparation
- Ensure leftovers are stored correctly
- Maintain accurate food inventories
- Communicate effectively with restaurant team members
- Uphold sanitation and safe food handling standards
