  • At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, a restaurant, or a similar operation

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
  • work with Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply logistics
  • ensure timely procurement of food prep items
  • store leftovers correctly
  • maintain accurate inventories
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
  • uphold sanitation and safety standards in food handling
