Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years experience in food preparation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must obtain Florida Food Manager Certification within 60 days of hire
  • Ability to lift 20 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Physical ability to perform medium to heavy kitchen work
  • Strong commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends
  • Ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines

Job Duties

  • Perform skilled cooking and food preparation tasks
  • Ensure food safety and kitchen sanitation
  • Prepare meals according to recipes and dietary requirements
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and cleanliness
  • Assist in menu planning and inventory management
  • Train and guide food service workers and temporary staff
  • Participate in food satisfaction surveys and improvement programs
