Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least two years of relevant kitchen experience
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- effective communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Qualifications
- At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation
- knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
- ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with restaurant team members
- self-motivated, organized, and professional
- ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- collaborate with Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply logistics
- ensure timely securing of food items for preparation
- correctly store leftovers to maintain food quality
- maintain accurate inventory records
- communicate effectively with other restaurant team members
- uphold sanitation and safe food handling practices
