Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least two years of relevant kitchen experience
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • self-motivation and organizational skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation
  • knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
  • ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with restaurant team members
  • self-motivated, organized, and professional
  • ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • strong customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
  • collaborate with Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply logistics
  • ensure timely securing of food items for preparation
  • correctly store leftovers to maintain food quality
  • maintain accurate inventory records
  • communicate effectively with other restaurant team members
  • uphold sanitation and safe food handling practices
