Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and tuberculosis tests
  • Compliance with Oakmont Management Group health and safety protocols including possible vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of PPE to prevent communicable diseases

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a line cook or prep cook in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Strong culinary skills with the ability to prepare high-quality dishes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Passion for hospitality and providing exceptional food experiences
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals from scratch in a full kitchen environment
  • Execute dishes accurately and efficiently in a timely manner
  • Interact positively with residents, guests, and staff
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
