Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, and PPE requirements as per regulatory guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary experience in a full scratch kitchen
  • 2 to 5 years of experience working on a fast-paced line or prep cook station
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor
  • Passion for creating exceptional food experiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare meals from scratch using fresh, high-quality local ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and execute seasonal menus
  • Interact respectfully and warmly with residents and guests
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Ensure timely and flawless execution of dishes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
