Job Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm part-time schedule
- Ability to follow food safety guidelines and kitchen protocols
- Willingness to wear safety equipment such as cut gloves, oven mitts, and slip-resistant shoes
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to prepare food in accordance with federal, state and corporate standards
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Capable of maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- Commitment to following safety procedures

Job Duties
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
- Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring food is at correct temperature
- Uses established ticket collection procedures during service
- Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Stores or discards excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures
- Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat
- Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
- Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required
- Reports needed maintenance, faulty equipment or accidents to supervisor immediately
- Attends in-service and safety meetings
- Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers
- Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Ensures proper presentation, portion control, maintenance of serving temperatures
- Abides by all Company policies and procedures including safety protocols for gloves and footwear
