Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous food service experience preferred
  • Ability to work part-time shifts including early mornings and evenings
  • Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to follow safety protocols including use of protective equipment
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
  • Willingness to undergo training and follow company policies

Job Qualifications

  • Previous food service experience preferred
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and food safety guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible part-time schedules

Job Duties

  • Prepares food in accordance with standardized recipes and instructions to meet production schedules
  • Serves meals or prepares food for delivery with correct portioning, temperature, and presentation
  • Uses established ticket collection procedures and maintains accurate records during service
  • Cleans and maintains kitchen and storage areas to uphold high cleanliness standards
  • Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
  • Assists in production planning, record keeping, food ordering, and receiving
  • Reports maintenance issues and attends safety meetings
  • Maintains good working relationships and performs job safely
  • Ensures compliance with HACCP standards and company safety policies
