Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two plus years of experience in kitchen preparation and professional cooking
- Experience with a la carte food prep and production
- Food safety certification
- Strong knife skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Prepare a la carte dishes including steaks, seafood, meats, vegetables, sauces, and stocks
- Follow recipes to ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness of food
- Properly store and handle food items
- Inspect food prep and serving areas for cleanliness and safe food handling
- Work collaboratively with culinary team in a fast-paced kitchen
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards
- Assist with kitchen organization and inventory management
