Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Two plus years of experience in kitchen preparation and professional cooking
  • Experience with a la carte food prep and production
  • Food safety certification
  • Strong knife skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Prepare a la carte dishes including steaks, seafood, meats, vegetables, sauces, and stocks
  • Follow recipes to ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness of food
  • Properly store and handle food items
  • Inspect food prep and serving areas for cleanliness and safe food handling
  • Work collaboratively with culinary team in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards
  • Assist with kitchen organization and inventory management
