Job Duties

  • Prepare food following 100 percent recipe adherence
  • follow production prep list and maintain accurate records
  • requisition supplies and use kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
  • wash, slice, and peel items as required
  • store prepared food items safely and label them correctly
  • comply with all food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
  • maintain a clean and organized work environment free of safety hazards
