Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to follow food safety regulations
- Must be able to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food preparation or kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow recipes and brand standards
Job Duties
- Prepare food according to 100% recipe adherence
- Follow production prep lists and maintain accurate records
- Use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Wash, slice, and peel items on prep list
- Store prepared food items safely with proper date labeling
- Follow all brand standards including food safety, sanitation, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment free of safety hazards
