Job Requirements
- some high school education
- food handler certification as required by local or municipal regulations acquired at applicant's own expense
- ability to stand for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- experience using kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives
- ability to work in hot, noisy, and restricted workspace
- effective communication skills
- adaptability to dynamic and changing priorities
- ability to maintain accuracy while working quickly

Job Duties
- support creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
- guide kitchen team and assist with their training
- perform all back of house responsibilities
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
- assist in inventory management and stocking supplies
