Job Requirements

  • some high school education
  • food handler certification as required by local or municipal regulations acquired at applicant's own expense
  • ability to stand for up to four hours
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • experience using kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives
  • ability to work in hot, noisy, and restricted workspace
  • effective communication skills
  • adaptability to dynamic and changing priorities
  • ability to maintain accuracy while working quickly

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • support creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
  • prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • guide kitchen team and assist with their training
  • perform all back of house responsibilities
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
  • assist in inventory management and stocking supplies
