Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • Food handler certification or local/municipal food safety compliance obtained at own expense
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife
  • Ability to work in a high noise, fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage conflict and difficult situations
