Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Food handler certification or local/municipal food safety compliance obtained at own expense
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife
- Ability to work in a high noise, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage conflict and difficult situations
