Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • Operations experience preferred
  • Food handler certification as required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for up to four hours
  • Ability to reach across counters measuring 36 inches
  • Ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to manage conflicts and work under pressure

Job Duties

  • Support creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
  • Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • Guide kitchen team and assist with their training
  • Perform all back of house responsibilities
  • Work efficiently in fast-paced environment
  • Use kitchen equipment safely including Chinese cook knife
  • Manage conflicts and adapt to dynamic priorities
