Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Operations experience preferred
- Food handler certification as required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to four hours
- Ability to reach across counters measuring 36 inches
- Ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environment
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and work under pressure

Job Duties
- Support creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
- Guide kitchen team and assist with their training
- Perform all back of house responsibilities
- Work efficiently in fast-paced environment
- Use kitchen equipment safely including Chinese cook knife
- Manage conflicts and adapt to dynamic priorities
