Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- possess or willing to acquire local/municipal food handler certification at applicant's expense
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand for long periods up to four hours
- ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environment

- ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
