Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • possess or willing to acquire local/municipal food handler certification at applicant's expense
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand for long periods up to four hours
  • ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environment

  • use Chinese cook knife and kitchen equipment safely and effectively
  • work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
