Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to reach and work in restricted workspace
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife
  • Compliance with food safety and local/municipal regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Some high school education preferred
  • Some operations experience preferred
  • Knowledge of local food safety requirements
  • Food Handler certification or ability to acquire it
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
