Job Requirements
- Meet local or municipal food safety requirements such as Food Handler certification acquired at applicant's own expense
- Ability to prepare hot and cold foods using kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives
- Capacity to work in noisy, hot kitchen environments with restricted workspace
- Must be able to stand for up to four hours and reach across countertops 36 inches high
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a team
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work standing for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Some high school education
- Prefer some operations experience
- Knowledge of local or municipal food safety requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
- Guide kitchen team and assist with their training
- Perform all back of house responsibilities
- Work quickly and accurately under the pressures of a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
