Job Requirements

  • high school education preferred
  • prior kitchen or food preparation experience is a plus
  • must obtain local or municipal food handler certification at applicant's own expense
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure

Job Duties

  • support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests
  • preparing all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • guiding kitchen team and assisting with their training
  • performing all back of house responsibilities
  • maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
  • managing inventory and kitchen supplies
  • ensuring timely and accurate food preparation
