Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • Food handler certification obtained at applicant's own expense
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environment
  • Ability to reach across countertops measured at 36 inches
  • Effective verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
  • Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • Guide kitchen team and assist with their training
  • Perform all back of house responsibilities
  • Use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment efficiently
  • Maintain accuracy while working quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitary standards
