Job Requirements

  • some high school education
  • local or municipal food safety certification acquired at applicant's own expense
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for up to four hours
  • ability to reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches
  • ability to work in a hot and noisy environment
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to adapt to dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
  • prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • guide kitchen team and assist with their training
  • perform all back of house responsibilities
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • adhere to food safety and hygiene policies
  • manage inventory and supplies as needed
