Job Requirements
- some high school education
- local or municipal food safety certification acquired at applicant's own expense
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand for up to four hours
- ability to reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches
- ability to work in a hot and noisy environment

Job Duties
- support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
- guide kitchen team and assist with their training
- perform all back of house responsibilities

- adhere to food safety and hygiene policies
- manage inventory and supplies as needed
