Job Requirements
- some high school education
- local or municipal food handler certification acquired at applicant's own expense
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand for up to four hours
- ability to work in hot, noisy, and fast-paced environments
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives
- ability to adapt to changing priorities
- ability to reach across countertops measured at 36 inches
