Job Requirements

  • some high school education
  • local or municipal food handler certification acquired at applicant's own expense
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for up to four hours
  • ability to work in hot, noisy, and fast-paced environments
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives
  • ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • ability to reach across countertops measured at 36 inches

Job Qualifications

  • some high school education
  • preferred experience in operations
  • food safety knowledge
  • ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
  • prior experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is a plus

Job Duties

  • support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests
  • preparing all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • guiding kitchen team and assisting with their training
  • performing all back of house responsibilities
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • ensuring compliance with food safety standards
  • collaborating with team members to meet operational goals
