Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • Operations experience preferred
  • Food handler certification or equivalent as required by local regulations obtained at applicant's expense
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Ability to manage conflicts or difficult situations

Job Duties

  • Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests
  • Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • Guide kitchen team and assist with their training
  • Perform all back of house responsibilities
  • Use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Adapt to fast-paced work environment and manage changing priorities
