Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Operations experience preferred
- Food handler certification or equivalent as required by local regulations obtained at applicant's expense
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
- Ability to manage conflicts or difficult situations

Job Duties
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests
- Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
- Guide kitchen team and assist with their training
- Perform all back of house responsibilities
- Use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Adapt to fast-paced work environment and manage changing priorities
