Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Food handler certification or equivalent as required locally, obtained at applicant's expense
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for up to four hours
- Ability to work in a hot and noisy environment
- Ability to use a Chinese cook knife and kitchen equipment
- Ability to reach across 36-inch countertops
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
