Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • Food handler certification or equivalent as required locally, obtained at applicant's expense
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for up to four hours
  • Ability to work in a hot and noisy environment
  • Ability to use a Chinese cook knife and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to reach across 36-inch countertops
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules
