- acquire food handler certification at applicant's own expense
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- stand for up to four hours
- reach across 36 inch counter tops
- able to work in hot and noisy kitchen environment

Job Qualifications
- Some high school education

- ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife

Job Duties
- Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
- support creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
