Job Requirements
- some high school education
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to prepare hot and cold foods
- certification according to local food safety laws
- must meet eligibility requirements for benefits
- ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife
- able to work in hot, noisy kitchen environment
