Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Food Handler certification as required by local or municipal regulations acquired at applicant's own expense
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to four hours
- Ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflict
- Must meet eligibility requirements for provided benefits

Job Duties
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
- Guide Kitchen Team and assist with their training
- Perform all Back of House responsibilities
- Use kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knife safely and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Adapt to dynamic work environment and manage conflicts effectively
