Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • Food Handler certification as required by local or municipal regulations acquired at applicant's own expense
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for up to four hours
  • Ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environment
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflict

Job Duties

  • Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
  • Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • Guide Kitchen Team and assist with their training
  • Perform all Back of House responsibilities
  • Use kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knife safely and accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Adapt to dynamic work environment and manage conflicts effectively
