Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior cooking experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Availability to work from December 15, 2025, to February 18, 2026
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Physical ability to lift and carry food supplies
- Must comply with all health regulations and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management, and guests
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Possess a valid food handling certificate if required by state and federal regulations
Job Duties
- Cook and package food product prepared to order or kept warm until sold
- Receive verbal orders from front counter staff for guest orders
- Maintain quality and production standards on all menu items
- Ensure portion control and appropriate serving temperatures of all products
- Clean, stock, and restock workstations and displays
- Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, and ovens
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment, properly store food products, clean utensils, sweep and mop floors at end of shift
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards
- Demonstrate excellent attendance
