Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking or food preparation experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Ability to operate large-volume cooking equipment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to maintain portion control and manage food waste
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and event days
- Possess valid food handling certificate if required

- Possess valid food handling certificate if required by state and federal regulations
Job Duties
- Responsible for cooking and packaging food product prepared to order or kept warm until sold
- Receives verbal orders from front counter staff for food product requirements
- Maintains quality and production standards on all menu items ensuring freshness and high quality
- Controls portion sizes and serving temperatures of all concession stand products
- Cleans, stocks, and restocks workstations and displays
- Operates large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, and ovens
- Ensures cleanliness of work areas and equipment, proper food storage, clean utensils, and swept and mopped floors at end of shift
- Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
- Demonstrates excellent attendance
