Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior cooking or food service experience is advantageous
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions accurately
  • Demonstrated reliability and good attendance
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Responsible for cooking and packaging food product
  • Receives verbal orders from front counter staff
  • Maintains quality and production standards on all menu items
  • Ensures food is fresh and of high quality
  • Manages portion control and serving temperatures
  • Cleans, stocks and restocks workstations and displays
  • Operates large-volume cooking equipment
  • Ensures cleanliness of work areas and equipment
  • Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards
  • Meets company attendance standards
