Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in cooking or food preparation preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays

  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Previous cooking or food service experience preferred

  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and event days

Job Duties

  • Prepare and package food items to order or hold at proper temperatures for service
  • receive and execute food orders communicated by front-of-house staff
  • maintain quality and production standards across all menu items, ensuring freshness and consistency
  • adhere to portion control guidelines and proper serving temperatures for all products
  • keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized throughout service
  • operate high-volume cooking equipment including grills, fryers, and ovens
  • ensure proper food storage, equipment cleanliness, and end-of shift sanitation including sweeping and mopping
  • comply with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • maintain reliable attendance in accordance with company expectations
