Job Requirements

- Previous experience in cooking or food preparation preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Prepare and package food items to order or hold at proper temperatures for service
- receive and execute food orders communicated by front-of-house staff
- maintain quality and production standards across all menu items, ensuring freshness and consistency
- adhere to portion control guidelines and proper serving temperatures for all products
- keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized throughout service
- operate high-volume cooking equipment including grills, fryers, and ovens
- ensure proper food storage, equipment cleanliness, and end-of shift sanitation including sweeping and mopping
- comply with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- maintain reliable attendance in accordance with company expectations
