Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
- Compliance with COVID-19 related health and safety protocols as required by Oakmont Management Group
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of line cook or prep cook experience, preferably in a full scratch kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality dishes in a timely manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing culinary trends
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook meals from scratch according to seasonal menus
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- Interact positively and professionally with residents, guests, and team members
- Follow food safety and health regulations at all times
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of local ingredients
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance culinary skills and knowledge
