Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
  • Compliance with COVID-19 related health and safety protocols as required by Oakmont Management Group

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of line cook or prep cook experience, preferably in a full scratch kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality dishes in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing culinary trends

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and cook meals from scratch according to seasonal menus
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • Interact positively and professionally with residents, guests, and team members
  • Follow food safety and health regulations at all times
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of local ingredients
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance culinary skills and knowledge
