Job Duties

  • Exemplifies the image of aloha while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures
  • Prepare all foods necessary for service to the demonstrated culinary standard
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned to ensure quality food and beverage service for guests
  • Work flexible days and shifts as required
  • Maintain a strong service-oriented attitude
  • Collaborate effectively with others to deliver exceptional guest service
