Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic communication skills with full command of the English language
- Ability to perform manual labor up to 25 lbs
- Able to stand for long periods of time and move around at a brisk pace
- Able to work in cold and hot environments
- Ability to perform line cooking
- One year cook experience preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare season, and cook a wide variety of foods including dishes requiring special techniques
- Follow hospital dietary guidelines and nutritional requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and cooking areas
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform line cooking and assist in food preparation as needed
- Ensure timely meal preparation for patients, employees, and visitors
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation
